c2c order slip, check order id and payment note
After a C2C order, the order id, payment note and payee account must match the same slip, or the other side can hold the order.
Before paying in C2C, match the order id, payment note and payee account on the order slip against your bank app, all three the same.

Key points
Copy the order id
The order slip has an order id line, copy it into the bank app note, then check the first and last four characters against the page, do not type it by hand.
Keep the note exact
The note field should hold only what the order asks for, one extra space or one missing letter can be used to say it does not match, follow what the page shows that day.
Check the bank branch
The slip lists the payee bank branch and name, open your bank app transfer page and compare the full branch name and the last character of the name, not just the last digits.
Amount as shown
The transfer amount should equal the amount on the order slip, do not round it down or up, either way the order can stay unpaid.
Common questions
Can I fix the payment note after sending it?
Once the transfer is out the note usually cannot be changed, you can only wait for the other side or contact platform support, follow the order page that day.
What if the payee branch on the order slip differs from my bank app?
Stop and do not send, go back to the order slip and check the full branch name, if it differs cancel the order instead of following the bank app.
